JACOB HERBERGER 

I have been a student of the game of golf for the last 15 years of my life. In those years I have fallen in love with helping others reach their goals and find enjoyment in the greatest game ever played. After a competitive junior career I elected to join the Sam Houston State University Professional Golf Course Management/Professional Golf Association program where I developed my skill. Through internships at top golf clubs such as Forest Highlands in Flagstaff, Arizona and Erin Hills in Erin, Wisconsin I was able to learn from top 100 instructors to hone my skills. After this I was able to secure a position with Champions Golf Training in Dallas where I taught junior golf and golf instruction under master professional Steve Johnson. After running their Woodbridge Golf Course facility I was able to join award winning instructor, and master golf professional, Bruce Sims at the Bruce Sims Golf School at Twin Creeks in Allen, Texas. As the Director of Instruction I have worked with players of all ages and skill levels to help them find their best playing ability. I have given hundreds of hours of golf lessons. I firmly believe that player development through private golf instruction and on course lessons is the best way to become a well rounded player. Nothing makes me smile bigger then hearing about my students triumphs on and off the course.
